It is always recommended to not take your powered mobility equipment outside when there is a chance of rain. However, if you do get caught in the rain and the unit stops functioning, the only think you can do is give the unit 72 hours to dry. If the unit will still not function, please call our service department at 1-877-311-0333.

ActiveCare designed their scooters with pnuematic tires because they provide a smoother ride. At this time the manufacturer does not provide solid foam rubber tires.

solid tires are a safety feature
Are they planning solid tires in the process for people who cannot drive-you get stranded without solid tires. I really like the features this one has but will have to let it go because of this safety factor.
